Only 25% of the fare is payable upfront to secure your booking. The remaining balance is paid to your driver.

Yes. Contact us as early as possible with the changes and we will update your booking wherever we can.

Cancellation terms are set out in your booking confirmation and in our Terms and Conditions. Please contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel.

Where meet-and-greet is available, your chauffeur will wait in the arrivals hall. Otherwise, we will send you clear meeting-point instructions before you travel.

We monitor flight information and adjust your pickup time if your flight lands earlier or later than scheduled. Please include your flight number when booking.

Waiting time allowances and any waiting charges are confirmed with your booking. Because we track your flight, waiting time is based on your actual landing time.

This depends on the vehicle. Tell us how many bags you have when booking and we will recommend a vehicle with enough space.

Yes, but please let us know about golf clubs, skis, pushchairs, wheelchairs or other bulky items in advance, so that we send a suitable vehicle.

Yes, child seats are available on request. Let us know the age of each child when booking so that we can arrange the right seats.
