Yes. The prices are fixed for pre booked transfers. But if there are any additional drop offs, pickups or diversions there will be additional charges.
Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide up to two child/infant seats free of charge per transfer.
No. We operate a strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles.
Our driver will wait in the arrival hall with your name card usually by the airport information desk.
You can request changes to your booking at least 8 hours before your scheduled pick-up via email or phone. Any modifications within 8 hours of pickup are subject to availability and confirmation.
You can cancel your booking at least 6 hours before your pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup are non-refundable. To cancel, contact us via email or phone.
We monitor flights for delays. Your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly, and 30 minutes of free waiting time is provided for airport pickups. After that, waiting charges of 35p per minute will apply.
Your driver will be waiting at the designated airport meeting point in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. The exact details will be included in your booking confirmation email.
Yes, we offer Free child and baby seats upon request. Please select this option when booking to ensure availability.
Passengers must book a vehicle suitable for their luggage. If you have extra or oversized luggage (such as a bicycle), please inform us during booking to arrange the appropriate vehicle.
No, all transfers are private. You and your group will be the sole occupants of the vehicle.
